They do have flying accidents, and sometimes get injured with hard landings. Good that you walked that one back to the Canal. Windy weather can mean being blown off course too! Lovely to see and hear them fly over though.
Take care, Joe x jayteescot1https://www.blogger.com/profile/11240392651168819167noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6630121195074082753.post-64339455114813228832021-09-26T20:36:49.698+01:002021-09-26T20:36:49.698+01:00Wow, Joe, what a lovely video of your swan family ...Wow, Joe, what a lovely video of your swan family flying!
I am still waiting to see my family flying together. I have seen the cygnets practising to fly. I have also seen two of them landing on the canal after a circular flight up and over the canal. One landed short the other day on a field adjacent to the canal. He had to be walked through the trees and into the water. His four siblings had all landed safely on the canal.
Hope you are well.

Take care and keep safe x WendyWendy Grocott-Joneshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02399081036265949215noreply@blogger.com
