WE ARE CUSTODIANS OF THE PLANET AND HAVE A DUTY TO CARE FOR IT. For the past 18 years I've had the privilege of watching and caring for the resident Swans on our local river estuary. I have been charmed and fascinated by their parental skills and beauty in the water, they are Simply Superb Swans. Annual Membership to the River Nairn Swans and Waterfowl Trust is £20 for a family, can be paid securely through the PayPal Donate button below. Thank you.

Seagulls Revenge
The Town seems to have produced a fair crop of Gulls this year, many have already migrated to the river. The two traffic accident victims I have, are progressing well but still need recovery time. The adult has still not regained it's full balancing ability, but the juvenile is now using both legs. One young gull gets it's own back on the traffic !
Ha ha ha !!! Very good Joe !
ReplyDeletei love the swans BUT as for the seagull's i have no time for them. And for that reason i will never donate money for the swans and duck's.
ReplyDeleteWell anon, I'm not very happy when I see a gull take a duckling. All the same, I don't like to see any bird injured and suffering, this includes seagulls! In any case, all donations received go to feeding the Swans and ducks and maintenance of the swans island.
