Flying With Mum !

Smartphones and the Internet can be a real boon when observing the natural world.  Local Trust Member Avril, kindly sent me a short video of Sue and her 3 cygnets having a flight training sortie over Fishertown this morning. Avril has seen them flying earlier but never had the phone at the ready - today she caught them perfectly as they flew in over the harbour and up river to land just beside their Island home. Poor Slim could only watch from the Moat as they landed.
