Peak season for new bird life right now. I think every species visiting the garden at the moment are feeding young ones.
In addition to the ducklings, I know the blackbird , Sparrows, Robin, Herring gulls, Starlings, Pigeons and the Pied wagtails are all busy feeding.
The Pied Wagtail pair have been taking care of one each, with constant trips in front of my window, dried mealworm seems to be a real attraction.
Disco is again enjoying having the rescued ducklings, and they are having a great time, even chasing the local pigeons.
