Sue and Slims cygnets are now four months old. The first time parents have successfully got them virtually fully grown and have seen them flying on the river. Slim is still growing his new flight feathers and will be another week at least before able to resume flying. Only then will we see all of them take to the air.
Meanwhile the wee ones are in great shape and almost dwarfing their parents, courtesy of the supplementary feeding by the Trust.
When they flap their wings, the others have to watch their lugs !!
