Duke is still in Inverness undergoing tests. He is still not eating after a one off eating session during Sunday night. The vets have decided to keep him in Inverness meanwhile, rather than a stressful 150 mile journey to Alloa. They are waiting on the results of a blood test and he is still being tube fed.
Lets hope they find out what ails him !
Meanwhile Penny is sticking close to home, and protecting her territory.
Winter coated Redshanks lined up on the Harbour walls this afternoon. Glorious sunshine, but biting easterly breeze.
Turnstones also mingled with the Redshanks, while the new pair of Swans idled off the end of the pier.
DUKE LATEST:
I was told by the SPCA rescue centre today, that Duke was moved to an outside paddock and is sharing with a Mallard duck. He is thin, but now eating normally, and will be assessed again on Tuesday by the Vet.
Hopefully we will get him back next week.
